After nearly three years of development, Velma Trayham has launched HomeAccess America, the first Black-owned modular housing manufacturer in the U.S., capable of producing up to 100 homes daily.

The company offers four ready-to-go models, with sustainable, high-quality homes starting at just US$45,000 for a three-bedroom unit. Using its proprietary building system, a small team of non-skilled workers can assemble a 1,500-square-foot home in under a week.

These homes are built in days, not months, and are engineered to be fireproof, hurricane-resistant, waterproof, and immune to rot and mold – delivering speed without compromising durability.

“Become a homeowner with the push of a button,” said Trayham. “We’re not just building homes; we’re creating jobs and making homeownership truly affordable.” A visionary leader and Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Trayham has been named one of the Top 100 Women to Know in America and one of AZ Big Media’s Most Influential Women of 2024.
